Bluestones staffing is recruiting for an Operations / Customer service Representative for our client in Belfast.
Reports line: Operations Manager
Salary: up to £23k for the right candidate
Hours of work: 40hrs per week
Maintaining and managing established customer base
Taking customer orders and entering on management system
Build rapport and long-term relationships with customers
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Handling external or internal communication or management systems
Provide administrative support for operations team
Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
Control of Aerospace Control Portals
Production and printing of all batch labels
Collection and input of Data for the Weekly Operations Review
Ordering Materials for manufacturing Department
Arranging carriage out bound and goods in bound
Admin assistant to Operations Manager
Liaise with staff and with external contacts, with a view to managing the needs of the customer
Other ad hoc activities as assigned by your manager
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Customer service and administration experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
Excellent organisational and leadership
Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
Sage experience a distinct advantage
Must be fluent in English – both written and oral, additional languages are an advantage
Lean experience while not essential is a benefit in this role and in this business

Ability to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently to meet deadlines
Must be able to work on multiple tasks and project simultaneously.

Overall travel is expected to be almost nothing, but there may be travel very occasionally between sites for training and/or meetings.
Occasionally required to entertain customers and out of town guests in the evening
